Everest RideDURATION: 5 Days (Start - Finish: Kathmandu)
BIKES: RE 500CC or Dirt Bikes
BEST SEASON: Feb. - June. Sept. - Nov.

A fully guided bike tour to see Mt. Everest in a short 5 days trip starting from Kathmandu.
Wild Tracks will take you where no one has been to make your dream of seeing Everest come true. We cover roughly 520K distance on 50% blacktopped road and 50% dirt road. A short 8K uphill climb is rough and extreme and needs experienced riders. Incase of unable to handle this 8K, we can even walk to the Everest view point and return back to the hotel for lunch. To see the sunrise on Everest, we must start as early as 5:00am from the hotel. Takes roughly 30-45 minutes to reach the view point. (It is not always snowy, the pictures shown here was in January).

Please email us to get a quote and further details for your group. No fixed departure. We specialize in private groups to give you the best service and riding experience.

The road from Kathmandu to Jiri was a fantastic experience, unbelievable and at times exhilarating. On a journey such as this it helps to have good company and my fellow rider Peter and our guide Sherap more than provided this. The rugged terrain kept our mechanic busy with "maintenance" on our Bullets, especially on the excursion to the Tibet Border. The days "rest" in Jiri was a welcome break to take in the fresh mountain air and reflect on the journey. This is definitely a recommendation to motorcyclists with a sense of adventure.
