A fully guided motorbike tour to the most stunning valleys of Lower Mustang’s with Muktinath as the final destination. Mustang, a region well known for it’s amazing landscape, spectacular mountain ranges, well preserved ancient Thakali villages and their unique tradition and culture. Highlights of the tour include Dhaulagiri 8,160m, Nilgiri 7,061m, Fishtail 6,993m, and many other lesser known peaks. 

Ride starts from Kathmandu with overnights in beautiful places like Pokhara’s Lakeside, Kalopani village and Muktinath with short breaks at Marpha, Jomsom and Kagbeni. The riding conditions include 75% blacktopped and 25% gravel road. Kushma’s longest and deepest hanging bridges, Rupse waterfalls, world’s deepest gorge, are some of the highlights.

TRIP ITINERARY

DAY 1: Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.

We will receive you at the airport and transfer you to our hotel in Thamel. B&B only. Bikes will be at the hotel the same evening.

DAY 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara's Lakeside. 200km.

Be ready for the adventure!!! The first 25km getting out of the city gives us enough adrenaline rush. Hahaha! But don't worry, we make a Coffee stop at 56 Expresso and have good laugh. Lunch stop at Mugling where freshly cooked delicious Nepali set lunch will be served in air-conditioned restaurant. Arrive in Pokhara's beautiful Lakeside, check into our hotel. Go for a leisurely walk around the lake before dinner (Ala Carte) at one of the finest restaurants at Lakeside. BLD.

DAY 3: Pokhara to Kalopani. 128km.

Leave Pokhara's lakeside and ride to Kalopani. Lunch stop at Tatopani. Ride gets a bit adventurous after Beni when we begin to hit the dirt road. However, the hardship is compensated by the magnificent Rupse waterfalls, awesome views of the Nilgiri mountains from Tatopani. Arrive at Kalopani and check into our hotel. Clear views of Dhaulagiri 8160m. BLD.

DAY 4: Kalopani to Muktinath 50km. Altitude gain: 3800m.

Ride to Muktinath with a short stop at Marpha, a beautiful Thakali village that has been preserved so well since time immemorial. Continue to Muktinath via Kagbeni. Check into our hotel. Lively little shops selling handicraft and the famous fossil stone "Shalgram" dots the Muktinath bazaar. Local ponies gallop up and down ringing tiny bells adding to the bustling ambience of the market. A short 20 minutes walk to the Muktinath Temple to witness the amazing blend of Buddhist and Hindu culture, where 108 water spouts decorated with different animal heads surround the holy temple. Meet the Sadhus - holy men from India and Nepal along the steps to the temple smoking pots. Enjoy the mountain views. A tiny little nunnery nearby offers a glimpse into the religious world of Buddhism. A recently build giant statue of Buddha from black marble sits right next to the Muktinath temple offering spectacular views of the Jharkot village and the mountains. BLD.

DAY 5: Muktinath to Kusma 125km.

After a hearty breakfast, we ride back passing through all the beautiful towns and villages such as Kagbeni, Jomsom, Marpha, Kalopani, Beni and to the beautiful Cliff Resort at Kusma. Kusma situated just 65km west of Pokhara is a growing adventure center. The Cliff Resort is home to Asia's highest Bungy jump with a height of 228m into the Kali Gandaki gorge. Kusma now has four highest and longest suspension bridges in Nepal including the bungy bridge. The Cliff Resort offers luxurious glamping in style. BLD.

DAY 6: Kusma to Pokhara. 65km.

Easy day. No rush. Those who want to take part in Bungy jump can take part. (cost extra). Visit Kusma's longest and deepest hanging bridge. Ride back to Pokhara. Check into our hotel and chill the rest of the afternoon. BLD

DAY 7: Pokhara to Kathmandu. 200km.

Leave Pokhara after breakfast. Ride back to Kathmandu with lunch stop at Mugling and coffee break at 56 Espresso Bar. Check back into our hotel. Celebration dinner. BLD.

INCLUDES: 500CC Royal Enfield bike or 411CC Himalayan with fuel for the entire trip. Tour guide, mechanic support and spare parts. Support vehicle for 4+ riders. Airport pickup and drop. ACAP Permits and TIMS. Hotel/Resort on twin share basis with all three meals. A cool tour t-shirt. A celebration dinner in Kathmandu.

EXCLUDES: International air tickets, Nepal visa fee, lunch and dinner in Kathmandu except farewell dinner. Bar bills, soft drinks and laundry. Tips and gratitude. Emergency rescue and Personal travel and medical insurance. 

OUR BIKES: We have 500CC Royal Enfield Classic or 411CC Himalayan with left gear shift & electric start. 

NOTE: No need of international driving license as long as you have a valid driving license from your country. Riders must bring their own proper riding gears. Nepal visa can be obtained upon arrival at the airport. We will provide helmets too if you want. Free of charge.
